A 2 hour online meeting to help you align your Business and Creative Spirit Goals. Come to as little or as many of these meetings as you like. Hilary will structure each meeting as follows: Welcome and intro to focus area Reflection exercises Opportunity to share Opportunity to connect online Feedback and suggestion for future topics. Jan 26 Focus: How to find your own authenticity on social media (digital connection). Other Focus Areas will include: How to use social media without the overwhelm. Social media as digital connection. ADHD and business strategy. How can my Business align with my Creative Spirit needs? How to know what is the right path to take? Where should I invest my time and energy? Reflection strategies to use going further. Self awareness exercises for managing your habits and weekly goals. Please bring paper and a pen to the meeting. Hilary will email participants before the session with the Google Meeting link.
